Full Turnkey
JetH PCB supplies the bare PCBs and BOM components, then completes assembly, inspection, agreed testing, packing, and shipment preparation.
JetH PCB manages wide range of PCB types and in-house service, from bare PCB fabrication, component sourcing, SMT and through-hole assembly, inspection, testing, packing, and delivery through one production workflow. Since 2003, we provide full set of PCB manufacturing service across industries.
You submit one complete PCB project package. We return one PCB and complenents quotation, one production plan, and one point of responsibility for the finished PCBA.
Required for review: Gerber files, BOM, pick-and-place data, quantity, and testing requirements.

The supply model defines purchasing responsibility, material ownership, shortage handling, and the information included in the production quotation.
JetH PCB supplies the bare PCBs and BOM components, then completes assembly, inspection, agreed testing, packing, and shipment preparation.
You supply selected critical, proprietary, allocated, or programmed parts. JetH Pro PCB Fab supplies the remaining PCBs and components and controls production.
You supply the component kit. JetH Pro PCB Fab receives and checks the materials, manufactures or receives the PCBs, and completes assembly and inspection.
Submit Gerber files, BOM, pick-and-place data, assembly drawings, quantity, and testing requirements. JetH PCB will review fabrication, sourcing, assembly, and test preparation together.
Each stage produces the confirmed data or materials required by the next stage. Fabrication, sourcing, assembly, and testing are not managed as disconnected orders.
Gerber files, BOM, centroid data, assembly drawings, polarity, DNP items, and testing requirements are reviewed before release.
Bare PCBs are manufactured to the confirmed stack-up, material, copper weight, dimensions, surface finish, and fabrication requirements.
Components are purchased against the approved BOM. Shortages, long lead times, and proposed alternatives are resolved before production.
The confirmed PCBs and component kit are released to SMT, THT, or mixed-technology assembly.
Assembly inspection and the agreed electrical or functional test plan are completed before shipment release.
Completed PCBAs are protected, packed, documented, and released for shipment according to the order requirements.
A turnkey quotation is complete only when scope, material responsibility, inspection, testing, and delivery assumptions are explicitly defined.
Gerber, BOM, centroid data, drawings, revision, polarity, DNP, and test requirements.
Stack-up, material, copper, surface finish, impedance, dimensions, and acceptance requirements.
Supply ownership, sourcing channel, availability, excess quantity, and alternative approval.
SMT, THT, mixed assembly, single- or double-sided builds, package types, and solder requirements.
Inspection points, hidden-joint review, workmanship criteria, first-article requirements, and records.
Test method, fixtures, firmware, procedures, expected results, failure handling, and output records.
JetH PCB confirms what is included before production—no testing assumption, material responsibility, or substitution rule is left undefined.
Use the detailed capability pages to confirm the production controls required by your PCB and application.
Verify layer count, materials, HDI features, tolerances, impedance, and surface finishes.
Verify BOM review, supply channels, substitutions, receiving, and material responsibility.
Verify SMT, THT, mixed assembly, component packages, soldering, and production scope.
Verify inspection stages, workmanship criteria, test preparation, and release records.
