PCB Quality Control for Reliable Fabrication

Your bare PCB quality requirements belong in the PCB production plan, not only in the final inspection report.

At JetH PCB, we review the fabrication files, identify the features that matter to your application, and assign inspection to the manufacturing steps where those features can be verified. From etched circuitry and plated holes to finished-board electrical test, our quality control follows the risks of your particular build.

PCB Quality Control Starts With Engineering Review

Before bare PCB fabrication, JetH PCB turns your drawing and purchase requirements into a board-specific inspection plan. This is where we settle the acceptance class, critical dimensions, hole requirements, materials, stack-up and any requested test evidence.

We resolve conflicting PCB requirements

If the Gerber files, fabrication drawing and purchase order describe different revisions or limits, our engineering review raises the discrepancy before production. Your team approves one build definition instead of receiving boards made to an assumption.

We identify the features worth controlling

Fine circuitry, plated holes, layer registration and impedance each require a different control point. We focus the inspection plan on the characteristics your PCB actually depends on, then carry those requirements into the manufacturing instructions.

We agree on evidence before the build

If your approval process needs microsections, electrical test results, material identification or lot records, we define the requested documentation at quotation and engineering review. You know what can be supplied when the boards ship.

PCB Inspection Throughout Fabrication and Final Test

JetH PCB checks circuit patterns before lamination, examines specified internal features through cross-section analysis, and verifies finished-board connectivity before release. Each result addresses a different manufacturing risk.

AOI inspection of etched PCB inner and outer layers

AOI for etched PCB circuitry

Our AOI checks inner and outer layers after etching. On a multilayer PCB, identifying an open, short or missing feature before lamination gives us an opportunity to act while the circuit pattern is still accessible.

PCB microsection inspection of plated holes and multilayer structures

Microsection for PCB structure

For projects requiring internal verification, we agree on the section location and acceptance limits, then examine the relevant plated-hole and multilayer features. The review produces evidence tied to the specified structure.

PCB electrical testing before shipment

We use flying-probe or fixture testing according to the design and order volume. The finished boards are checked for the required continuity and isolation against the approved test data.

Final appearance inspection complements these checks. We assess visible finished-board conditions against the acceptance criteria agreed for your order.

PCB Quality Requirements for Automotive and Medical Projects

Industry labels alone do not define a PCB inspection plan. JetH PCB works from the program requirements you provide and confirms how they affect fabrication, verification and delivery records.

Automotive PCB programs

When an automotive customer specifies tighter acceptance, lot identification or change control, we review those conditions before the PCB enters production. Your purchasing and engineering teams can qualify the proposed manufacturing route against the program’s actual requirements.

Medical electronics PCBs

For medical electronics work, we establish the required material, inspection and traceability records with your team at the start. This helps you connect the boards delivered to the approved build and the evidence your supplier process requires.

PCB Manufacturing Certifications and Customer Confidence

ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485 and ISO 45001 give our global customers additional confidence in the management systems supporting our PCB manufacturing projects. They demonstrate a structured approach to quality, industry-specific controls and workplace operations. For your order, JetH PCB connects that foundation to defined PCB acceptance criteria, production checks and the records needed for delivery.

PCB Lot Traceability and Inspection Records

When your team repeats a build or investigates a problem, JetH PCB can follow the agreed record path from the finished PCB lot to its approved revision, relevant material identification, manufacturing run and required inspection results.
