JetH PCB manufactures RF and microwave PCBs with Rogers laminates, specified impedance structures and Rogers + FR-4 stackups. We supply bare boards for prototype and production orders, with the material and inspection requirements defined around each build.
Need to qualify a manufacturer for a high-frequency board? See the materials and constructions we address, then look at the factory and verification information behind the finished PCB.

Each RF project brings a different constraint. These three situations show where the board construction needs more attention than a general PCB quotation.
A material designation carries a specific grade and thickness. JetH PCB evaluates the called-out laminate as part of the actual layer construction.
Here the order of the layers becomes central. The hybrid build is considered as one board, including the specified material interfaces.
Controlled nets, targets, tolerances and requested records establish what the finished-board verification must address.
A board described as “Rogers PCB” can still have very different layer arrangements. We work from the specified grade, dielectric thickness, copper structure and finished-board requirements.
For a PTFE-specific requirement, see PTFE PCB manufacturing.
Materials, mixed-material structures and the manufacturing site are separate parts of a supplier decision. Each link below gives you a closer view of one.

A 50-ohm callout identifies a target. The controlled net, reference layer and permitted tolerance define what that target means for the board. If your acceptance process calls for a coupon, TDR measurement or inspection record, include it in the agreed order requirements.
That lets the verification scope be confirmed for the actual construction, instead of assumed from a general capability statement.
For repeat orders, the approved material, layer structure and specified checks form the reference point. A later change to any of those details should be visible before the next board is made.
JetH PCB supports both prototype and production requests. Share the initial quantity and expected repeat volume so the proposed construction can be evaluated in that context.
Tell us which details matter: laminate grade, layer arrangement, hybrid construction or impedance requirement. We can discuss the relevant product information available for your evaluation.
The specified material is one part of the structure. Trace geometry, copper, dielectric thickness and the reference layer are also needed to assess the proposed board.
The approved material, stack-up, fabrication data and specified acceptance checks provide the basis for the subsequent build. Proposed changes should be reviewed against that version.
Send the drawing, stack-up, material specification, impedance requirements and order quantity. We will assess that proposed construction before quoting.
